[Melon Raising Corps Harvest Festival was held! ]
The Melon Raising Corps Harvest Festival was held on Sunday, July 31st.
This year’s winner is Mr. Matsuo from the Horikiri Chuo Town Association with a size of 1,147 grams.
There were cut melon presents, singing events, vegetable sales, and the “Children’s Cinema Screening”, which was the first attempt this year, and the children were happy.
We will continue to liven up the town through the activities of the Melon Raising Team!

The “Umami Kitchen Kaede” will be reopening in October.
For the time being, we will be open every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (alcoholic beverages served until 8:00 p.m.)
The menu will include sashimi, fried food, rice, and other dishes according to the day’s stock.
Since the tatami room seating has been removed and the number of tables increased, it is now easier to accommodate small groups of customers.

We are planning to open a cafe in November where local people can interact with each other by utilizing the vacant stores on Luckydori!
The floor and wallpaper have been replaced, and it has become more like a store.
Today, volunteers from the shopping district assembled chairs and tables.
Preparations are steadily underway for the opening in November.
